Visit Year-Round
Blåvandshuk Lighthouse is open to visitors year-round. The best time to visit is on sunny days with clear visibility, allowing you to fully enjoy the panoramic views of Denmark's West Coast. If you're fortunate with the weather, you may even spot the Horns Rev wind farms on the horizon, approximately 40 kilometers offshore.
Tickets and Visitor Information
Entrance tickets for Blåvandshuk Lighthouse are available at the former lighthouse keeper's house. From there, you will climb 170 steps to reach the top. Near the lighthouse, you’ll also find an old bunker tower that was part of the former Atlantic Wall during World War II. Today, it's rumored to house a Danish Navy surveillance radar.
