Get Close to the Story of Kaj Munk

On January 4, 1944, the poet-pastor Kaj Munk was taken from his home in Vedersø and executed later that same evening. At the parsonage in Vedersø, you can delve into the story of the orphaned boy from Lolland who became one of Scandinavia’s most performed playwrights in the 1930s.

At Kaj Munk’s Parsonage, you step into the very rooms that Kaj Munk once called home. Through exhibitions and within Kaj Munk's own residence, you can experience the life and legacy of the poet, pastor, and resistance fighter.

What was that all about?
