We are excited to announce that once again this year we have the pleasure of Anne Hjernøe's arrival at our Sustainability Fair in Vejers!
Anne Hjernøe, cookbook author, food developer and well-known TV chef, joins us to share her expertise in sustainable cooking. Many know her from her inspiring TV shows with Anders Agger. At the fair, Anne will present some delicious small sustainable dishes and share her knowledge of what sustainable food really means.
We look forward to experiencing and tasting what Anne has up her sleeve and how she can inspire us to make more sustainable choices in our daily diet. A taste experience and an educational moment awaits us!

Among other things, Varde Municipality has entered into a partnership with Growing Trees Network where citizens, associations and companies can donate trees for afforestation on land provided by private landowners. Landowners in Vejers are more than welcome to ask questions about other things that are moving at the moment.
